Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AI Car Video ("we," "us," or "our") that governs your use of our automotive video production service. By creating an account, paying for a video, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service for a dealership, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. 1. The Service

AI Car Video is a self-serve tool that turns car photos into a finished short marketing video. You upload photos of a vehicle, you pay, and our AI automatically assembles a vertical 9:16 video of roughly 20 seconds with music and captions. The finished video is usually ready in about 15 minutes, and you receive it through a link in your dashboard. The whole process is automated, so there are no manual human edits, which is exactly why the turnaround is fast.

2. Accounts

To use the service you need an account, and you can try it without a credit card by generating one free sample video. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account, so please use a strong password and let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized access. You agree that the information you give us when you sign up is accurate and that you will keep it current.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is simple and self-serve. A single video costs $59 USD, and a 10-pack costs $399 USD, which is the best value for most dealers. We also offer a Pro subscription at $299/month, which includes roughly 10 videos per month. Prices are in US dollars and may change over time, although any change will apply only to future purchases and not retroactively to videos you have already bought. Payment is collected at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor, and by buying you authorize that charge.

4. Refunds and the Self-Serve Re-Roll

Because the service is fully automated and you control the result yourself, we handle quality differently from a traditional agency. Instead of asking us for manual revisions, you can re-roll any 3-second segment of your video right in the dashboard, as many times as you like, until each shot looks the way you want. This means that if you do not like a part of the video, you can simply swap those few seconds instantly, so you are never stuck with a result you did not choose.

Since each rendered video consumes AI processing and is delivered to you immediately, paid videos are generally non-refundable once they have been generated. The free sample video lets you judge the quality before you pay anything. If something genuinely goes wrong on our end, such as a failed render or a technical defect we cannot fix, email us at hello@aicarvideo.com and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes connected to marketing vehicles. You may not upload content that you do not have the right to use, that is misleading or fraudulent, that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. You also agree not to misuse the platform itself, which includes attempting to break into other accounts, reverse-engineering the service, scraping it, or interfering with its normal operation. If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

6. Your Content and the Videos You Receive

You keep ownership of the photos and details you upload, and once a video is generated and paid for, you own the finished video and may use it freely across your listings and social channels, including Cars.com, AutoTrader, CarGurus, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and SMS messages to your buyers. To make the service work, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transform your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your videos.

You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to the photos and any other content you upload, including the rights to any people, logos, or trademarks that appear in them. You are responsible for making sure the videos you publish are accurate and comply with advertising rules, because you know the vehicle and we do not inspect it. We retain ownership of the underlying platform, software, templates, and technology, and nothing in these Terms transfers that to you.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular video will drive sales or reach, because results depend on many factors outside our control, such as the platforms you post on and the market you sell in.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Car Video will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim connected to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, and when we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you, and your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using the service.
